Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as on the very same day petitioner No.1-Megha Patel was taken into custody by Police Station – City Kotwali, Bilaspur (C.G.) and thereafter she has sent to Sakhi Center Sarkanda, Bilaspur (C.G,) and thereafter, Dastyabi Panchnama was made alongwith the statement of petitioner No.1. He has filed a copy of Dastyabi Panchnama along with covering memo which is taken on record. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No cost(s).
