Learned counsel for the appellants stated that agreed amount be released in favour of appellant No.1-Neelam. It was further undertaken that in case in future any claim is raised by any other claimant- appellant(s), the appellant No.1–Neelam shall indemnify the said claimant(s). Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit cheque of Rs.2,70,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs and Seventy Thousand only) in favour of appellant No.1-Neelam with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 08.10.2025. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow MEENU KUMARI 2025.08.08 03:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment FAO-1601-2021 (O&M) -2- on this amount till payment from the date of this order.
