The petitioner is an accused in connection with Adityapur PS Case No. 317 of 2024. It has been alleged that the informant was shot at by the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 30.08.2024 and the charge has already been framed against the present petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur PS Case No. 317 of 2024, corresponding to GR Case No. 548 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No. 21/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall physically appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date, till conclusion of trial.
