In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent/complainant the judgment passed by learned Sessions Judge, Judge, Kullu, District Kullu, H.P. on 19.04.2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 31 of 2024 affirming the judgment and order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Banjar, District Kullu H.P. on 05.04.2024, in Case No. 334 of 2021 are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused further submits that no amount has been deposited in any Court, hence, no order is required to be passed regarding the release of the amount. 4.
