Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging orders dated 18.09.2025 and 25.07.2025 whereby her appointment on the post of Anganbadi Worker in the Centre concerned has been cancelled in view of the fact that her income certificate also stood cancelled. 3. It has been submitted that against the order cancelling petitioner's income certificate, an appeal has already been filed under Section 6 of the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Act, 2011, which is pending consideration. 4. In view thereof, opposite party no.5 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jalapur, District Ambedkar Nagar is directed to consider and decide petitioner's pending appeal expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. Petition shall annex a copy of appeal alongwith the certified copy of this order. 6. In case petitioner succeeds in her appeal, opposite parties shall revisit the order cancelling petitioner's appointment on the said post.
