The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 71/2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 10/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 103(1), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Kavita Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there no mark of violence on the person of deceased. It was further submitted that some of the witnesses have stated that petitioner had got his kidney transplanted due to which deceased was in stress and as such she committed suicide. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with S.T.
