For the State Ms. Ruchi Mukti, AC to AAG-IA ------ 04/26.08.2025: By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No. 6 i.e. Ishrat Khanam, wife of Shahjaha Ansari, as Anganwari Sevika at Bana, Palamau. It is the case of the petitioner that at large scale, irregularity has been committed by the Mukhiya of the village as well as the Chairman, Selection Committee. Thus, the petitioner is aggrieved. Be that as it may, this Court sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution, cannot go into factual aspects and make an enquiry. Since the petitioner is alleging about the irregularity, the same has to be first looked into by the authority. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Bishrampur, Palamau, Jharkhand with her grievance. If the petitioner approaches, the CDPO will make an enquiry involving the selected candidate also, thereafter will come to a proper decision and act accordingly as per the decision. Be it noted that I am not entering into the merits of this case as well as claim of the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. Anu/-Cp2. (ANANDA SEN, J.)
