On perusal of record, it transpires that the instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 12.03.2018 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act, room no. 08, Sultanpur in SST No. 53 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 01 of 2018, under Sections 302, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, for seeking the relief of bail.
