P.P. 04/08.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 71/2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 48/2025, registered under section 18(C) of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025 and allegation is made of cultivation of opium. He submits that the land disclosed in the F.I.R, does not belong to the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of cultivation of opium is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025 and he has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Ranchi, in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 71/2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 48/2025. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Satyarthi/
