By the present petition, the petitioner, who is presently working on the post of Assistant Manager, Aadim Jati Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Katadol, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to issue formal order in respect of handing over of charge to the petitioner to conduct the business of the society as per the Society resolution dated 04/04/2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide resolution dated 04/04/2025, the Society has resolved to give the charge to the petitioner to manage the affairs/business of the Society, however, in spite of the said resolution, the concerned authorities/ respondent No.4 is not passing the formal order. The petitioner has raised her grievance before the respondent authority by filing a representation dated 24/04/2025 (Annexure P/7), however, till date, the representation of the petitioner is not being considered by the concerned authorities and no formal order has been passed. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instruction, would submit that if the representation (Annexure P/7) submitted by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent authorities, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as well as the resolution passed by the Society and necessary decision will be taken, within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 3 / 3 5. In view of the above and looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the State, the respondent authorities; particularly the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P/7) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law as well as the resolution passed by the Society and take necessary decision, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
