Heard. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the criminal revision filed by the petitioner before the learned Sessions Judge, Raipur with respect to the interim custody of the seized ornaments is pending since 05.08.2025 and has not been decided till 2 date, therefore, the learned revisional Court may be directed to decide the revision as early as possible. 3. The subject matter in brief is that the petitioner is the accused in Criminal Case No. 3567/2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur and facing trial for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC. In the case certain ornaments have been seized by the police in which the petitioner is claiming the interim custody of the said ornaments. The application filed by the petitioner for grant of interim custody of the said ornaments has been rejected by the learned trial Court vide order dated 24.07.2024 which is challenged by him before the learned Sessions Judge, Raipur by filing Criminal Revision 319/2024 on 05.08.2024 which is pending since then, therefore, the present petition for the aforesaid relief. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the revision petition is pending since 05.08.2024 and till date the said revision has not been decided by the learned revision Court, a direction may be given to the revisional Court to decide the revision as early as possible. 5. On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that they are having no objection if such a direction is to be given by the learned revisional Court for early disposal of the case. 6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the nature of grievance and that the revision is pending since 05.08.2024 before the learned revisional Court in which the interim custody of the seized property is the subject matter, it would be interest of justice that the learned revisional Court be directed to decide the revision as early as possible, therefore, the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur is directed to expedite the 3 proceedings of the Criminal Revision No. 319/2024 and decide the same as early as possible preferably within 03 months from the next date fixed before it. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the present CRMP disposed of. 8. A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned revisional Court for its compliance.
