writ petition and have made a certain queries to the counsel for the petitioners. In reply to the same he has stated that the Original Punishment Order against which he is aggrieved dated 06.11.2004 by which two increments was stopped cumulatively, which is a major penalty. The petitioner has filed a review application on 28.06.2006, which was rejected on 16.12.2023. The petitioner, thereafter, filed an appeal on 07.08.2024 against the Punishment Order as well as the review application, which appeal was rejected on grounds of limitation on
14.02.2025. He has filed a claim petition on 23.05.2025 which has also been rejected on grounds of limitation by the respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not show any provision in the Rules which permitted him to file an appeal after his review application was rejected on 16.12.2023.
Nevertheless, he filed the appeal in August, 2024, which was rejected on 14.02.2025. The claim petition filed thereafter on
23.05.2025. 5. We find no good ground to show interference in the order impugned. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
