The District Basic Education Officer present before this Court has undertaken that he will ensure the payment of salary to the petitioner, within period of a week and the same shall not be stopped without any cogent reasons further. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection to the abovesaid facts. The writ petition is hereby disposed of, in light of the undertaking given by the District Basic Education Officer.
