It is the case of the petitioner that climate change aspect was considered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M.K.Ranjitsinh and others vs Ors [W.P 2019] where the issue of climate change, as a serious threat, was noticed. Therefore, in the environmental clearance proceedings under the notification, proper amendment is necessary. 3.
