The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 20.03.2023, passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Balrampur in Bail Application No. 43/2023 (CNR No. UPBB -010007132023), Computer Registration No. 358/2023, under Sections 436, 504, 506 I.P.C. and under Section 3(2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Balrampur, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected. It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that trial has been concluded and the appellant has been acquitted. Therefore, this appeal has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant.
