Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier the respondents have made similar attempt, thus the petitioners have filed a Writ * # '4 2 Petition in W.P.No. 13773 of 2024. This court after taking into consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the respondents therein,dispos ed of the writ petitionvide order dated 05.07.2024 with a direction to the respondents 4 to 7 to follow due process of law, if any coercive steps are sought to be taken against the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that without following the said direction, the respondents are preventing the petitioners from entering into the subject land for harvesting the existing mango crop. 4. Having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents to follow the due process of law, if occupation of the petitioners over the subject land is found to be unauthorized. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the rights of the petitioners over the subject land. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
