In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents No.2 to issue RTC as per the Phodi records pertaining to the Survey No.44/2 of Konapana Agrahara Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. In this regard, the petitioner has made representation dated 05th February, 2020 (Annexure-G) to the respondent No.2- Tahsildar, seeking entry of his name in the RTC extracts, however, the same has not been considered.
