By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the FIR bearing FIR/ Case Crime No.201 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) & 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Lambhua, District- Sultanpur. 4. Ms. Tripathi has produced copy of instructions letter dated 09.10.2025 provided by Sub Inspector, Police Station- Lambhua, District- Sultanpur indicating therein that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Court on 16.07.2025. The aforesaid instructions letter is taken on record. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case. Therefore, the present writ petition is consigned to record. 6. It is needless to say that the aggrieved person may approach the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akash Deep Singh, Mohd.
