This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent authorities in not deciding his Revision No.59(R)/G&M(UP)/2025 [Re: M/s DIGIANA Industries Pvt. Ltd. versus District Magistrate, Hamirpur]. 3. Upon considering the material brought before us, we are of the view that recovery proceedings that has been initiated against, may be kept in abeyance till the aforesaid revision is decided by the authority concerned. 4. Accordingly, we direct the authorities concerned to grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter decide the revision of the petitioner in accordance with law. The entire process should be completed within eight weeks from the date. 5. The recovery proceedings shall remain stayed till passing of the order in revision or for a period of eight weeks, whichever is earlier. 6.
