This I.A has been preferred seeking of correction of a typographical error in the Order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. Page No.# 2/2 2895/2025, wherein the P.S Case Number has been wrongly mentioned as “Bilasipara P.S Case No. 161/2022” instead of “Bilasipara P.S Case No. 230/2025 under Section 22(C) NDPS Act.” Having regard to the above, the paragraph No. 2 of the said order dated 24.09.2025 is corrected as follows:- This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner Abdul Khaleque in connection with Bilasipara P.S Case No. 230/2025 under Section 22(C) NDPS Act. The previous paragraph No. 2 as appearing in the said order stands deleted. This order shall be read along with the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Bail Appln. No. 2895/2025.
