This application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To quash the summoning order dated 19.12.2024 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.), F.T.C., Offence Against Women, Lucknow in Case No. 82778 of 2025 arising out of Crime No. 180 of 2022 u/s 498-A, 323, 406, 504, 506, 342 I.P.C. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Lucknow; to quash the criminal proceedings of the Case No. 82778 of 2025 (supra)." 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the respondent no.2 is residing with the applicant no.1, but a different description of the address of the respondent no.2 is mentioned in the memo of the petition. 4. It is evident from the record that the applicant no.1 is residing in Kanpur. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants requests for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file fresh. 6. There is no objection by the other side.
