Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 22.09.2025 to show that in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 titled The State of Himachal Pradesh & Others Vs. Surajmani & another, decided on 06.02.2025, the pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed, vide order dated 01.09.2025 and he has been given work charge status w.e.f 01.01.2002 on completion of eight years of continuous service. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. It is further mentioned that the pension in favour of the petitioner has been sanctioned and he is receiving regular pension and all the retiral benefits have been released. 3. Resultantly, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
