Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.479 of 2024 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. 3. It appears that the marriage has taken place between the parties on 04.12.2005. From the said wedlock, they have been blessed with one son and daughter. The daughter is studying in Class-X, while the son is studying in Class- VII at Jamshedpur and both are staying with mother and as such, prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid case from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. 4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party has opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the above facts and the fact that the opposite party/wife has to maintain her children, Original Suit No.479 of 2024 is hereby, transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. 6.
