It is seen from the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers that service of notice in the above said appeals was completed long back and the appeals have been adjourned from time to time on the ground of pendency of the interlocutory applications. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2024 in A.S.No.35 of 2024 and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 in A.S.No.36 of 2024 were filed by the appellant as well as respondent to raise additional documents and the same are pending. 3. It is settled law that the petition to raise additional evidence shall be taken up for consideration along with the appeal. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
