The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers:- "i. To issue, a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to opposite party no. 2 & 4 not to raise any boundary wall over the Khasra No 204, situated at Village Pipri, Pargana- Sıkanarpur Sarosi, Tehsil and District - Unnao which is part of sale deed dated 10/02/2025 Annuxed as a Annexure no. 4 & 5 in the interest of justice. ii. To issue, a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to opposite parties not to dispossess the petitioners from the Khasra No 204, situated at Village Pipri, Pargana- Sıkanarpur Sarosi, Tehsil and District Unnao which is part of sale deed dated 10/02/2025 Annuxed as a Annexure no. 4 & 5 in the interest of justice." 3. Shri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that there is a serious boundary dispute between the parties. The only way to sort out the problem is to have a demarcation done. In view of above, the District Magistrate, Unnao, respondent No.3 herein, is directed to carry out the demarcation so that lis is sorted out. The demarcation shall be done in presence of representatives of both the parties upon notice. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
