Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Shashank Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report F.I.R. dated 08.12.2024 bearing F.I.R. No. 0077/2024 u/s 115(2), 316(2), 351(2), 352, 85 BNS & 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Lucknow. 3. Contention of the learned counsels for the contesting parties is that subsequent to lodging of the FIR the parties concerned have entered into a compromise dated 14.07.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-5 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 15.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 15.09.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 23.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.4 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably.
