P.P. 03/08.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 18/2025, registered under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025 and the co-accused has been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Judge in B.P. No. 104/2025. He submits that allegations is made of recovery of one pistol from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent. 5. Considering that petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025 and the co-accused has been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Judge, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Garhwa, in connection with Ranka P.S.
