Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing Opposite Parties to produce detinue Petitioner before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty forthwith, in the interest of justice." 3. At the very outset, based upon the instructions received from the Sub Inspector, Police Station-Safiput, District - Unnao, copy of which has been placed before this Court is taken on record, Shri Vinay Kumar Shahi, learned A.G.A. submitted that according to the instructions which includes the copy of the statement of Munni Devi, the alleged detenue, on her own volition is living with her daughter Smt. Prema Devi wife of Beche Lal. 4. Taking note of the aforesaid, on being confronted, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under law. 5. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
