Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “The a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to perform her duties in respondent department upto the age of 60 years i.e. uptp 31.01.2027, in view of the judgment rendered by this Hon’ble court in case of CWP No. 2274 of 2021, titled as “Satya Devi Vs State of H.P.” alongwith connected matters decided on 28.05.2024 and in the interest of justice.” 2 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
