Page 1 of 2 R/SCR.A/2601/2025 ORDER DATED: 09/05/2025 2. We have taken-up the present application in chamber. We have interacted with the corpus- Poojaben, whose date of birth is 14.12.2009. While interacting with Poojaben, it emerges that she is aged 15 years and 6 months and that she is pregnant by 5 months. The corpus - Poojaben is not inclined to go with the applicant - Tabarben (mother), in spite of our endeavour to see, if she wishes to reside with her mother - applicant herein. 3. Ms. Tripathi, learned APP, upon instructions informs the Court about there being a Nari Sarakshan Kendra, Palanpur, Dist.: Banaskantha. 4. In our opinion, it is in the interest of the corpus that she is placed at the aforesaid institute, i.e. Nari Sarakshan Kendra, Palanpur, Dist.: Banaskantha. The Institution to act in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Scheme and also provide the requisite medical and all other facilities to the corpus. It is open for the parties to approach this Court in case of difficulty, by filing a Note before the Registry. 5.
