HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CIVIL REVISION No. - 44 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard the learned counsel for the revisionist. Under challenge is the order dated 25.07.2025 whereby an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been decided by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Unnao. A specific query was put to the counsel for the revisionist as to how the revision is maintainable. Learned counsel for the revisionist has referred a decision of this Court in Ram Kishan Prajapati Vs. Narbda 1999 All Lj 1001, against an application of Section 24, the revision is maintainable. Having considered the aforesaid submission, this Court is unable to accept the submission of the learned counsel for the revisionist in light of the Full Bench Decision of this Court in Kiran Bala Srivastava Vs. Jai Prakash Srivastava 2005 (23) LCD 1. In view of the aforesaid the Civil revision is not maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed. It will be open for the revisionist to take recourse as may be available to him in law.
