The Investigating Officer concerned is directed to file his personal affidavit with regard to active investigation made in the case within two weeks. 4. List this case in the second week of January, 2025." 4. Learned AGA for the State, on the basis of instructions dated 04.02.2025, submits that the chargesheet was filed against the one Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Komal Prasad Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Namit Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home U.P. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) accused on 22.01.2025 and in regard to the other accused, the investigation was pending. He further submits that in case the investigation would not have been completed, the same shall be completed expeditiously. 5.
