Heard Shri Vivek Verma, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR No.0058/2024, under Sections 3 and 5 (1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Deva, District Barabanki. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 27.02.2025 received from Sub-Inspector, Police Station Deva, Barabanki, submits that charge- sheet has been filed against the petitioners, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition furthermore and the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. To which there is no objection by learned AGA. 5. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
