Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the instant dispute is clearly commercial in nature between the petitioner and the respondents, wherein the respondents have rejected the petitioner's claim amount on the ground that there are weight loss with regard to the goods that were transported. 3. In our view, there are disputed questions of fact and the same cannot be decided in the writ jurisdiction. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/court for redressal of his grievance.
