HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA
Order 06/01/2025 By way of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the
order dated 04.05.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Weir District Bharatpur in C.M.A No.06/2022 whereby the said court dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and upheld the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by Civil Judge, Weir District Jaipur in
[2025:RJ-JP:596] (2 of 2) [CW-9003/2022] Case No.40/2020 by which the said court dismissed the temporary injunction application filed by the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was instituted before the trial Court in the year 2020 and about 4 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned
order, I dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s), disposed of.
