As all the matters are similar, the factual matrix is being taken up from the first case i.e. Execution Petition (T) No. 111 of 2025, Ranjeet Singh Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others. 2. It has been mentioned in the order dated 13.08.2025, passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur in Execution Petition No. 111 of 2025 that the order dated 01.09.2016 passed by the erstwhile State Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No. 4215 of 2016, Ranjeet Singh Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been 4 duly complied with and the benefit of regularization has been given notionally w.e.f. 01.04.2004. Pay has also been fixed and the financial benefits are to be given from 01.09.2013 in consonance with the provisions of the H.P. Government Notification dated 15.12.2011. 3. Accordingly, in view of the above, the Execution Petitions are disposed of, as having become infructuous with the direction that the financial benefits as per the said notification dated 15.12.2011 be disbursed within a period of two months from today. 4. It has to be noticed that the financial benefits have been restricted to three years by virtue of Notification in all cases from the date of the decision. 5.
