Saha, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant who has filed the instant application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for Amendment of the Tr.P.(C) No. 119/2023 and by changing the case number from F.C.(Civil) (G/A) No.21/2023 to F.C.(Civil) (G/A) No.22/2023 in the cause title on paragraph Nos. 7 and 9 of the petition. Considering the nature of the submission made, prayer is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant is to take necessary steps by making the said correction of the said cause title and mentioned paragraphs in Tr.P.(C) No. 119/2023 and thereafter, after making the necessary corrections, fresh notice to be issued to the respondents through registered post with A/D within 3(three) weeks.
