None is present on behalf of the petitioners. 3. This Court had passed the following order on 11.12.2024:- "1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and Ms. Ana Fatima, Advocate, who has filed her Power today on behalf of respondent no.4, which is taken on record. 2. This petition seeks issuance of a writ for quashing the F.I.R. dated 09.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0356 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sandila, District Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court towards Annexure-2, which is an original compromise deed entered into between the petitioners and opposite party no.4. 4. Learned counsel for both the parties state that parties have entered into a compromise and they are not willing to contest the case against each other. 5. So as to verify the contents and parties of the compromise deed, let the original deed of compromise be sent to the Senior Registrar of this Court. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Salman Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Mohd Sarafat Alias Shahrukh And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) On 16.12.2024 parties shall appear before the Senior Registrar for the purpose of verification of compromise deed as well as parties. 6. The Senior Registrar of this Court after due verification shall submit his report before this Court. 7. List this case on 19.12.2024 along with the report of the Senior Registrar. 8. Till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid FIR/Case Crime number. 9. When the case is next listed, the name of Ms. Ana Fatima shall be shown in the cause list as appearing for opposite party no.4." 4. Senior Registrar has submitted a report dated 16.12.2024 that the compromise has been entered into between petitioner no. 1 and opposite party no. 4 only, whereas there are 10 other petitioners in the memo of petition, who have not been arrayed as parties to the compromise deed, therefore, the compromise deed could not be verified. 5.
