The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, registered under section 309(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025. He submits that chargesheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken. He submits that co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 6790 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025, chargesheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken and co- accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 6790 of 2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Garhwa, in connection with Ranka P.S.
