Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions has submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with. The copies of the decision taken by the District Level Committee, Director of Social Welfare and State Government have been produced during the course of argument, which are taken on record and the photo-copies of the same have been provided to the learned counsel for applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court dated 29.05.2025 passed in Writ C No. 5069 of 2025 has been complied with but the liberty may be given to the applicant to challenge the same otherwise for all other practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous but liberty may be given to the applicant to challenge these orders by filing a writ petition. 4. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged. 6. It is always open for the applicant to challenge the orders for which no separate order is required by this Court.
