No.39804 of 2025 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit an online application to the third respondent seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and on submission of the said application, a direction may be issued to the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s online application seeking for issuance of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s online application is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application. 5.After hearing the submissions made by the respective counsels, this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 35568 of 2025 and WMP. On receipt of such online application within a stipulated time, the third respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application for issuance of patta within a period of 12 weeks thereafter, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring plot owners as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
