Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite and conclude the trial of Case No.145 of 2008, arising out of Case Crime No.757/2007 under Section 406 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an application was moved by Mr. Phoolchandra Yadav, Prosecution Officer, Bahraich on 30.11.2013 for withdrawal of the proceedings but till today, decision has not been taken by the competent court, therefore, present application may be disposed of with the direction to the competent authority to take decision on the aforesaid application. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case has been issued. 5. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, learned court below is directed to decide the application dated 30.11.2013, in case, same is pending, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the law by a reasoned and speaking order.
