It is reported that claim petition has been filed and compensation has been received. It is stated that the de-facto complainant is willing to close the case. Due to the passage of time, a meaningful trial is unlikely, and no useful purpose would be served. 4.Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.201 of 2020 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal, stands quashed.
