JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 30/06/2025 After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the representation filed by the petitioner for fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 161/2025 registered at Police Station Newai, District Tonk before the Director General of Police (Annexure-4) be considered. Further, learned counsel has sought permission to withdraw the present petition with the aforementioned prayer being considered. Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the competent authority/ Investigating Agency to consider the representation (Annexure-4) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
