Preliminary objection has been taken by the learned A.G.A. for the respondents that keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pramila Virendra Kumar Agarwal and Another (2020) 17 SCC 664 the issue relating to the validity of the sanction for prosecution can be considered only during trial. 4. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to raise any objection that he may have pertaining to sanction for prosecution before the trial court.
