Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicants seek enlargement on bail in FIR No.148 of 2025, under Section 103(1), 61(2), 3(5), 238 of BNS, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Balrampur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argues that on the same allegation, two of the co-accused were enlarged on bail vide order dated 15.09.2025 and 09.09.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the allegation against the applicants to be similar to the co- accused who have been granted bail and the fact that the applicants have no criminal antecedent, the applicants are entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicants Aftab Ahmad @ Guddu and Ansar Ahmad @ Rinku be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicants shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Irfan Alam Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
