By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records of the case for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and be pleased to quash the order of technical resignation and direct the respondent No 5 to issue appropriate orders to post the petitioner in his original post of Assistant Teacher (LB). 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and be pleased to direct the respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2023 in view of the judgment passed by the 3 Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of State of Madhya Pradesh & others us.
