It is submitted by Mr. Amit Gupta, learned counsel that he has filed a caveat in this matter on behalf of one Kapil Dev and another Pratibha Rani, two selectors who figured in the impugned select list before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, Jammu (hereinafter referred to as Tribunal), however, said caveat is not placed on record. Registry is directed to trace out the caveat and attach the same with the hard file after scanning. The caveat to be traced out by the Registry shall be treated as discharged. 2. The writ petitioners herein have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, Jammu by filing OA No.59/2025 titled “Mohd Imran Bhat and others vs. Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and 3 WP(C) No. 306/2025 CM No.642/2025 others” under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, challenging therein select list dated 20.01.2025 for the post of Laboratory Assistant advertised by respondent No.3-Secretary, J&K Service Selection Board, Jammu vide advertisement notice no.05 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015. 3. Feeling aggrieved by non grant of interim relief by the Tribunal, the writ petitioners have knocked the portals of this Court by filing instant petition impugning interim order dated 31.01.2025 passed by the Tribunal whereby interim relief has not been granted. 4. Since the main OA is pending adjudication before the Tribunal, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is, disposed of, by directing the learned counsel for the parties to complete the pleadings before the Tribunal and in the event, the pleadings are complete, we request the learned Tribunal to consider and decide the same at the earliest. It is provided that the impugned select list dated 20.01.2025 before the Tribunal shall be subject to outcome of OA No.59/2025. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its opinion on the merits of the case. 5. Disposed of as above along with connected application.
