Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay due salary of the petitioner of about 15 months from the period 09.03.2020 to 15.06.2021 along with interest thereon. 2. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the petitioner service as Ward Boy in the Maharaja Suheldev Autonomous State Medical Collage & Maharshi Balark Hospital, District- Bahraich and pay salary accordingly." Learned counsel for petitioner has placed reliance on government order dated 27th May, 2025 to submit that in terms thereof since petitioner performed his duties during Covid pandemic, he is required to be continued in service. 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Chief Medical Superintendent Maharaja Suheldev Autonomous State Medical College & Maharshi Balark Hospital, District Bahraich or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in the light of government order dated 27th May, 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
