Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, seeking to accept the cause title. 4. I have satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 6.
